Laxman Marsonia purchased Sharon Mushroom Farm in 1985 as a land transaction. With part of the land deal providing incentives to get the farm back in working order, he decided to trade in his career in travel and real estate for the mushroom farming business.

But Sharon Mushroom Farm is not just about precision and innovation—it's about abundance. Each week, this dynamic hub dispatches over 200,000 pounds of premium mushrooms to premium grocers nationwide.

  • By using advanced technology, our farm has the capabilities of keeping mushrooms growing in the same stable environment all year year: a cool 18 C large room.

  • We currently employee between 80-100 individuals for harvesting and packaging to ensure the best quality mushrooms are shipped to a grocery store near you.
